Anybody have experience with Kumho or BFGoodrich all-seasons on a Honda Accord?

It’s a 2002 EX, 4-cylinder. I was looking for something mid- to low-range because money is tight. But I live in Illinois, so I would like to buy tires that handle 2 ~ 6 inches snow reasonably well, for a couple months in the year. I was looking at Kumho Solus KH16 (H-rated I believe) or BFGoodrich Traction T/A (T-rated?). Or alternatively the Goodyear urance ComforTred, or Yokohama AVID TRZ. I’m thinking I should be able to go down to a T-rating if necessary. The OE is Michelin Energy MX4 Plus (way too costly for me), P195/65 R15 89H. One of them developed a flat, and I drove on it a few miles before realizing it… They said I’ll have to replace it b/c the sidewall is shot. The remaining 3 have a few thousand miles tread life remaining. So I figured on replacing the rear 2 with new tires for now, and buying matching tires for the front later, when necessary.
