How do have lucid dreams?

Like when I'm kinda in control of my actions or whatever in my dream. You see I've been having this dream about an old man he kinda looks like Morgan Freeman in Bruce almighty. And I kinda wanna see if I can talk to him cause it's a very strange dream. We talk but it's always the same everything is the same but I can think in my dream in my head.
