Ford Excursion diesel MPG?

No. The Pat is a 4 cylinder....... the Excursion a V-8. The Pat weighs in around 2500 pounds. The Excursion, probably 5,000 pounds, or more. You should get around 20 MPG on the highway. As far as the handling of the snow, with traction, and winter driving rules, you should be alright.
