The seller hid the history of burst pipes in disclosure?

I noticed a bunch of patched holes in the ceiling during a tour of a home I want to buy. The disclosure said nothing, but further investigation turned up that the pipes burst during the winter and he fixed them.. Should the seller have disclosed this?
