Is there any actual evidence that birds, clouds, and the sun were created by the Christian god?

No evidence. Even as a Deist/Pantheist saying I believe God created the Big Bang is only that, a belief. Now being that I majored in Anthropology, I know the Christian God didn't create birds, they evolved. (I also read books on Paleontology).
