The child has not been charged! Does it get any dumber than that?

I would make an example of the that four year old and send a clear message to any other gun-totting four year olds.....You wanna pack heat you risk loosing your Sesame Street and cookies. Age is no excuse. Then I would step on his foot until he cries and snap all of his Crayola's in half. You gotta fight fire with fire with these four year olds.
