Beautify shop lady burt my hair what do i do?

she left the color in my hair for too long now its falling out it wasnt even the right color she put a nasty platum blond i wanted caramel high light i sat there for 4 hours watched while she proceeded to do 3 other women all the while i was under the hair dryer....suppose to have cut it she did a light trim it has no shape to it can i report her somewhere she avoiding me and i paid her 65.00 on my debit card what can i do
