A BOOK QUERY, I NEED TO KNOW THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

is there any kind of book or resource available for learning animal instincts in humans ? Was really intrigued when i watched something on tv about it recently. Basically, in a nutshell, how to frighten the hell out of somebody sat on the other side of the room without even saying anything. Does this have something to do with body posture ? Anyone know ? Help would be appreciated. Lol, thanks, oxy.
