Computer Problem! Computer Techs! please help me!?

when ever i tried to open my computer it always displays * RUN3DLL error.. cannot locate retyn.dll.. what should i do about this? please any one help me! and when ever i tried to scan disk my hard disk it always displaces cannot open direct volume... please do help me! im getting crazy over this!
