"Hearing" implies sound waves. So record it and put it online. Otherwise you can be ured that it is in your head, and the sense of sound is being emulated by your brain. But don't feel bad, many your age hear voices and are mentally sound(even up to 1 in 6 your age may hear voices and be just fine).
