What is a good WoW Rogue Build?

Im not sure now with the new talents, but pre-BC combat daggers was the best rogue build for PvE. With more 5 man instances now also imp sap is viable once again. Your best bet is just to play around with it. Different specs suit different people differently. When I play a rogue I always spec combat b/c I cant stand doin the backstab bs.
