Where does the energy to pull things to earth come from?

i know its gravity, but where does gravity get the energy to do that? i think energy is only the product of space curving and morphing.same with kinetic energy. when something moves, it is curving space, so its gaining energy, as long as something is still pushing it. so can someone talk to me about this?
