Which name sounds better?

I like all three, but I LOVE Soraya. You could call her Soraya and use Sora as a nickname sometimes. I prefer Katy spelled Katie, but I love the name. I considered Soraya for my first daughter, but my husband was worried about her getting the nickname Sorry, so we took it off our list. I'm not convinced it would be a big problem though.
